                                Cut the bagels in half and toast lightly.

                                Cut the avocados in half, remove the skin and stone and then cut into thin slices. Lemon the slices to prevent them turning black.

                                When the bagels are lightly browned, spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each side. On each bottom half, add a spoonful of honey mustard.

                                Place a slice of pastrami on top, then cut the HUGO French pickles into small slices and place on top of the pastrami.

                                Add the avocado and close the bagels with the top half.
